Realizing You've Been Running on Empty... This is for You!

A truth I've been sitting with lately is how easy it is to appear fine while running on empty. I've been moving through days with this quiet heaviness I kept brushing off as "tired "or "busy" and guess what there's a difference between being tired and being drained, and my body finally forced me to notice it. I didn't see the signs at first. I kept adjusting, pushing, stretching myself a little more. Emotional exhaustion has definitely proven it's real let me first say that these are the moments when you finally pause and realize you've been functioning, not living. I realized I've been pouring into everything around me, while leaving so little for myself.


Running on empty isn't normal and it isn't strength. It's a reminder that something within you needs attention, care, stillness, and softness. I'm learning how to slow down before I break down. I'm teaching myself that I don't have to earn rest, I deserve it because I exist.


If you've been pushing through your own exhaustion... this is your reminder to refill.

Take this with you: Even the smallest pause is still a form of healing.
